Brightwater needed to assemble a former industrial site held by several owners, secure a planning consent and put funding in place for a phased mixed-use regeneration.
Our approach
Our real estate and planning lawyers negotiated the land agreements, advised on the planning and section 106 strategy, and documented the development finance with the funding institutions.
The outcome
The scheme secured consent and full funding, and the first phase of 120 homes is now under construction.
